Regarding shipping delays, we have this response from the US Postal Service. Other carriers have similar results currently.

"The COVID-19 virus has caused a large volume of mail service delays.  USPS is experiencing delays nationwide due to all of the cancelled flights and the virus has also created staffing challenges at our processing facilities and delivery units.  Because so many people are at home, the online orders have increased.  We currently have more packages in our network thank any holiday peak season in history.  Our shipping partners, FedEx, UPS etc. are experiencing the same delays.

We are implementing contingency plans to resolve delays, such as rerouting packages to different processing facilities, and utilizing charter flights."

Retail Order Curbside Pick-up:Located in Phoenix, AZ, USA. Most orders ready the next business day or you may call us with your order number after entering it and we will email you when it is ready (several hours)

COVID-19 Wait in your car and simply call us 602-944-5243 ext 110 AFTER you have been emailed that your order is ready, times for pickup after notification 930am-11am, 12pm-3pm only, we will bring your order to the vehicle. Have your ID and Card ready to hold to the glass of the vehicle before rolling down windows.  We wear masks and gloves when preparing orders for your safety and appreciate your assistance and patience.

Orders may be entered online and picked up at our office/warehouse with a valid drivers license and the card used for purchase (matching) or pay exact cash. We are near W. Thomas Ave and N 36th Ave. Phoenix, AZ.

Shipping information:

HALLOWEEN SHIPPING SCHEDULE: (We ship from Phoenix, AZ, USA)

UPS orders entered before 12pm MST are shipping in 2-3 business day*. (enter your ship address and click the the apply button on the Shipping options page to see delivery estimates and fees) UPS counts day one as the day AFTER the order ships (UPS scans it). 

If you select UPS 2 day and enter your order on a Wednesday before 9AM PST you would expect delivery or delivery attempt on Friday

Order by UPS NEXT DAY on Thursday before 10AM PST, delivery expected on Friday. .

*Note: We screen diligently for credit card fraud. Reasons your order may be delayed from shipping: Invalid billing address, attempt to ship to an address other than the billing address, invalid phone number or larger orders that we need to verify by phone before processing, invalid shipping address (not showing on maps or confirmed as a valid address with postal records). Also be sure to review your color/size selection before confirming your order as they may be routed for shipping immediately.

We ship from Phoenix, AZ. Priority Mail is usually best and least expensive for very small order (one light item like a feather mask) or for delivery to a PO Box in the USA. We offer UPS shipping in the USA and select countries, UPS does no delivery on weekends or holidays. Allow the next business day after your order is entered for packing of your order, then add the estimated delivery time. An alternative shipping method or carrier may be used for shipping at our discretion (example: large or heavy orders may ship by UPS even though mail was selected. Air may be used to Hawaii/Alaska even if "ground" shipping was selected (no "ground" from phoenix to Hawaii), etc.)

UPS Info: Why wasn't my package delivered in three days, as indicated? Three days means three business days (not counting the day of pickup). Please note that the UPS Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of UPS (or any other carrier or the shipper).

AnythingCostumes.com may attempt to contact you to verify that you authorized the credit card charge and order. If we are not able to contact you or we are not able to verify the shipping address as authorized on the account, your order may be canceled and terminated by AnythingCostumes.com without further communication. If your order is terminated by us, your credit card will not be charged.

GIFT GIVING We will ship gifts at our discretion, in the USA. Signature may be required for delivery so please tell your recipient to watch for the package.

Orders are shipped from "Order Fulfillment".

PO Boxes ARE acceptable if listed on the account (in the USA and Australia only. Canada and other countries MUST use a physical address.

We ship by the US Postal Service Priority Mail in the USA including APO/FPO if selected, Express Mail outside of the USA if possible (if the service is not offered in your country your order may ship by Priority Mail or other service at our discretion).

Shipping Outside of the United States, you may calculate shipping on the shopping cart by entering your shipping destination, selecting the shipping method (either INTERNATIONAL (which is shipped by the USPS United Postal Service Express or Priority Mail depending on your shipping destination) or UPS Worldwide, UPS Canada, etc) and clicking the "apply" button. We will only SHIP TO VERIFIED BILLING ADDRESSES FOR THE CREDIT CARD, they will be verified with your bank. VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees if any by UPS or other carrier not included in the shipping/handling rate and are the purchasers responsibility. Any package returned as unclaimed or undeliverable as addressed or for the shipping method selected may be refunded less shipping/handling BOTH WAYS if returned, if customs/brokerage fees have been paid by the carrier the return fees may be more than the order total and the order may be abandoned an NO REFUND ISSUED. By entering your order for shipment outside of the USA you agree to these terms (you agree to accept your package and pay any import taxes and/or customs brokerage fees to the carrier you select).

In the event shipping/handling may cost more than shown upon checkout we may contact you to authorize the additional charge or select alternative shipping methods if available. If we do not have a prompt authorization, your order may be canceled or shipped at our discretion.
